Director of Construction Services
Anthony Garcia serves as Director of Construction Services for Empower Group Solutions, bringing more than 10 years of hands-on experience in roadway construction, Maintenance of Traffic (MOT), permitting, and field operations.
His experience includes coordinating traffic control operations, supporting roadway projects, navigating permit requirements, attending site and pre-construction meetings, and working directly with the operational demands of active construction projects.
As an Advanced MOT-certified professional, Anthony brings practical field knowledge to Empower's construction services, helping contractors navigate project requirements, permitting, and traffic control planning from a real-world construction perspective.
